Agreed to Terms for Dockside Coffee Fundraising

By participating in the Dockside Coffee Fundraising program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Fundraising Purpose:

The purpose of this program is to raise funds for a specific cause or organization as agreed upon by all participating individuals or groups.

2. Eligibility:

Any individual, group, or organization can participate in the Dockside Coffee Fundraising program, provided they adhere to these terms and meet the requirements specified by Dockside Coffee and Mircro-Roastery Ltd.

3. Fundraising Guidelines:

Participants agree to conduct their fundraising activities in a lawful and ethical manner. All activities must comply with applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines, including but not limited to those related to fundraising, health and safety, and food handling.

4. Use of Dockside Coffee Products:

Participants will exclusively use Dockside Coffee products for the purpose of fundraising. The products will be purchased directly from Dockside Coffee or an authorized distributor, ensuring the authenticity and quality of the products.

5. Marketing and Promotion:

Participants may market and promote the Dockside Coffee Fundraising program to potential buyers, supporters, and donors. However, all marketing materials and communications must accurately represent the fundraising program and adhere to any brand guidelines provided by Dockside Coffee.

6. Sales and Distribution:

Participants are responsible for managing their own sales, and distribution.

7. Accountability and Reporting:

Participants agree to maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and any relevant financial transactions related to the Dockside Coffee Fundraising program. Any discrepancies or issues should be promptly reported to Dockside Coffee.

8. Fund Distribution:

Participants agree to use the funds raised exclusively for the designated purpose or organization as outlined in their fundraising plan. Dockside Coffee is not responsible for overseeing the distribution of funds.

9. Indemnity:

Participants agree to indemnify and hold Dockside Coffee & Micro-Roastery Ltd., its employees, agents, and affiliates harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of or related to their participation in the Dockside Coffee Fundraising program.

10. Modification or Termination:

Dockside Coffee reserves the right to modify or terminate the Dockside Coffee Fundraising program at any time, with or without prior notice. Participants will be informed of any changes to the terms and conditions that may affect their participation.

11. Governing Law:

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the Dockside Coffee Fundraising program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Edmonton, Canada.

By participating in the Dockside Coffee Fundraising program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the above terms and conditions.
