If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please get in touch right away so that we can work to address your concerns.
We accept merchandise returns when returned at the cost of purchaser within 60 days of purchase date, if returned in the same condition in the original unopened packaging. Freshly roasted coffee and gift baskets containing freshly roasted coffee cannot be returned due to the perishable nature of the product.
For local doorstep deliveries, and in an effort to minimize our environmental footprint, we will queue orders based on your location and make deliveries once weekly to your area. We will leave the coffee by your front door and ring your doorbell upon delivery. If you live in a building requiring an access code, please provide those details in your order’s Notes section. For postal shipments we strive to get your coffee on its way to you within 2 days of order.
