This Honduras coffee is Certified Organic and Manos de Mujer (Woman’s Hands) as it is grown by a group of female coffee producers in Copan, Honduras. The coffee undergoes a 12 to 24 hour fermentation process before being dried. When enjoying this medium roasted coffee you will notice a medium body, and subtle tasting notes of mesquite and chicory with a smooth baker’s chocolate finish. This coffee is a wonderful breakfast coffee.
